- You don't need to bother with the manual for this. Well, maybe you do -
- but you don't need to admit it. RMB click to bring up the menu bar,
- choose Edit/Preferences then select the tab for Buttons. Two of the
- options resemble pairs of arrows aiming right or left. The arrows are not
- equal sized. Drag these to your bar and you are all set. Click these
- buttons to shift levels.

- Warning: These depend on the rulers in place, they do not set their own
- tabs.
- Further, you may have difficulties changing from Outline settings to
- standard Text settings. This requires that you understand how to
- manipulate those triangular "Margin Flags" at the left of the menu bar.
- It's easy to do, not so easy to figure out. Just keep trying different
- variations until it does what you need.
